At this launch event for our programme summary report, we shared findings from our ground-breaking savings pilots which formed the most recent stage of our research. Collaborating on two trials: one with Penfold, a fintech pension provider; and one with Moneyhub, an open data and payments platform, we developed and tested nudges and tools designed to support self-employed people to save more for retirement. We also worked with the Nest pension scheme to test the effectiveness of timing messages to different moments in the tax year.

  • Jo Phillips, Director of Research and Innovation at Nest Insight
  • Josh Queen, Lead Product Manager at Penfold
  • Vaughan Jenkins, Director of Business Development at Moneyhub
